Surfing Stats @ Surfinfo

We have received so many enquiries for statistics on surfing that it has gotten crazy.
Some people want them for school and TAFE projects, businesses want them to plan all sorts of things.
Getting a reasonable set of stats on current surfing numbers, industry turnovers, etc has been very difficult. Some companies may have paid a lot of money to have some of these numbers crunched, but if they did, they're not letting anyone else see them.
We have put together a set of stats from a variety of sources. Some date back to the early Nineties, some are more current.
